Precision of diamond wire with the speed of a bandsaw? Our Loop Saw product line using diamond wire loops are capable of holding tensions equivalent to standard diamond wire saws but at speeds up to 100m/s and more! Ideal for highly accurate cutting with kerf of less than 250µm with surface finishes <1µm Ra.

Loop Saws are more efficient, lower cost and use less consumables. If your processes can be applied, Loop Saw technology is an optimal ROI solution.
